We are looking for a team player to join a fast pace, rapidly growing dental office. We need a self starter for our front desk (Patient Care Coordinator) position, we want someone who has customer service experience, computer skills, and knowledge of multi phone line phones. Dental office experience recommended, but not required. Monday-Friday 7-7 availability is required. One Saturday Per month required after training is complete. Shifts oftered will be 3, 12 hours shift or 4, 10 hours shifts.

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner, maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Utilize computer skills to manage appointments, update records, and perform other administrative tasks efficiently.
- Operate multi-line phone systems to answer and direct incoming calls promptly and accurately.
- Utilize dental office experience to handle specific tasks related to the operation of a dental office, if applicable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
